(a) Your email for sign-up; (b) the API keys of your exchange, which you provide to connect your account; (c) usage and bot data (settings, cycle history, P&L) to display in your dashboard; (d) payment data processed by Stripe.
API keys are stored encrypted and used only to execute orders on your exchange account. We recommend always generating keys with trade-only permission and no withdrawal permission. The software never moves your funds out of your account.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card data — it is handled directly by Stripe, under its own privacy policy.
Exclusively to provide and operate the service: authenticate your access, run the automation on your account, display your dashboard, process your subscription and provide support. We do not sell your data.
We share data only with providers necessary to operate: Stripe (payments) and the exchanges you connect (Bitget, Bybit, MEXC), through your own API keys. We may disclose data if required by law.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and remove your API keys at any time from the dashboard. To close your account and delete your data, contact us.
