Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You provide a card to start, but nothing is charged during the trial period. If you cancel within the 7 days, no amount is charged.
You may cancel at any time, in one click from the dashboard or by writing to contact@degenscan.io. Cancellation ends future charges. Access remains active until the end of the period already paid.
As this is an immediately-accessible software service, monthly charges already billed are generally non-refundable — but you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges. We review case by case, in good faith, situations involving billing errors (e.g., a duplicate charge or a charge after a timely cancellation). In those cases, contact us within 14 days and we will resolve it.
Simply cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, or before the monthly renewal. We recommend cancelling at least 24h in advance to ensure processing.
